My process starts in stillness and the clearing of each canvas. Each piece is built like a mandala: repetitive, meditative, and intentional. I add layer after layer until something shifts. Until I can feel the frequency in it. That's when I know it's done.

My Story
I grew up in a pretty traditional religious household. The kind where intuition made people nervous and energy work wasn't exactly Sunday morning conversation.
So I kept this spiritual part of myself quiet for a long time. Longer than I should have.
But here's the thing: this is how I pray and how I meditate. This is how I connect to something greater.
